CMBS is proud to offer a variety of services to assist on your journey. The beauty in pregnancy, childbirth, & the postpartum period is that there is no "one size fits all" way to navigate the journey. Your doula, from day 1, takes the time to understand your wants, your needs, and your desires for your pregnancy & childbirth experience and facilitates your journey into parenthood as peacefully as possible. We work together, one-on-one, to ensure that you are fully and adequately prepared for childbirth and postpartum by providing evidence-based physical, emotional, and educational support from the day your separate paths become one. I am dedicated to providing you with professional, unbiased, non-judgmental support - being the resource and advocate you deserve throughout your journey.

Ideal for those who who have already given birth before and are mostly looking for day-of birth support. This package includes:
- Childbirth education course
- Labor & Delivery support + 1 hour immediate postpartum support
- 1 postpartum phone check-in
- 1 postpartum video call
- 5 postpartum video check-ins to screen for PMADs and refer as necessary

Ideal for those who have already given birth before, but are looking for a different experience. This package includes:
- 2 virtual prenatal appointments (educational sessions # 1 & 4)
- Childbirth education course

LACTATION EDUCATION
Gain access to fromsydwithlove's self-paced Latched with Love breastfeeding course and receive our breastfeeding support box, containing CMBS's favorite Haakaa breastfeeding items and a homemade nipple balm.
PLACENTA SERVICES
Package includes pick-up of placenta and drop-off of finished product, within a 50-mile roundtrip drive from my home. An additional fee applies for trips >50 miles roundtrip.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive loose powder and/or keepsakes only.
Learn the how, when, and why of childbirth. You may choose to participate in a full day 9-hour session or three 3-hour sessions over the course of 3-6 weeks.
Full day sessions are offered twice per quarter as group sessions, 3-class sessions are private and scheduled based on your availability.
Topics include communication, your birth plan, physical and emotional changes, and more.
This option is for clients who are not working with a CMBS doula for their birth.

NIGHTTIME POSTPARTUM
In-home postpartum care between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am.
Rest well knowing that your postpartum doula is caring for your little with love, patience, and dedication. Overnight postpartum support allows parent(s) to take a break and unplug while your doula handles feeding, diaper changes, sleep assistance, and comforting your baby.
